Mike Busby is the Sales and Marketing manager at Viking Electronics. His time at Viking began while he was still a student at Hudson High School (go Raiders!) After graduating, he became a full-time employee - his early years at Viking building a solid foundation in electronics and manufacturing. From taking inventory to building products, he has worked in many different departments during his career at Viking.

Throughout the year Mike travels to numerous industry events around the country, such as security conferences, telco and IT expos, as well as commercial and residential tech shows. His expertise in security and communication helps him build relationships with customers, answer application questions, and promote new Viking products.

When he isn’t traveling, Mike’s days are spent working directly with customers, helping them design systems for access control, paging, communication, and a wide variety of custom applications. He also works closely with Viking’s engineering, production, and support departments, assisting with new product development, in-house manufacturing, and supporting current products. As the Sales and Marketing manager, Mike stays on top of current industry trends and leads Viking’s marketing team to create relevant advertising campaigns, product catalogs, and maintain the company website.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Mandy and their 3 children. Most weekends you can find him unwinding at his cabin in northern Wisconsin, beer in hand. The family has fun exploring the local ATV trails, playing Bags (Cornhole for all you non-Wisconsin residents), and relaxing by an evening campfire with friends.
