Video: Advanced Ring and loop detect board | LDB-3 from Viking Electronics
The LDB-3 provides a relay contact when ring voltage and/or loop current are present on the line. It is compatible with an analog phone line, an FXS port of an ATA, an analog PABX extension, or similar. It can switch voltage and provide a dry relay contact to trigger another device such as strobe lights, cameras, access control systems, and more.
