WARRANTY INFORMATION
Viking Electronics provides a two-year limited warranty on its products, ensuring they are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. If you encounter a problem, contact Viking’s Product Support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and follow the detailed instructions for returning or exchanging the product. The warranty excludes damages caused by misuse, abuse, or environmental factors.
